WDF Eaxtractor Tool would allow you to extract all .dds and .c3 files for Conquer online packages .wdf like data.wdf and c3.wdf
How it Works
* Run as administrator WDFExtractor.exe
* click Browse button and search your client directory
- Select c3.wdf or data.wdf and click Open button
- click extract
- Wait for it to complete and that's it
